I recently learned about a really cool website called Cat In A Tree Emergency Rescue. Its most useful resource is a directory of people and businesses who help rescue cats who are stuck in trees.
The directory lists 
three people in the Olympia area who help rescue cats from trees:

The site’s author, Dan Kraus, also wrote “Arboreal Cat Rescuers Guide” to share his expert advise with experienced tree climbers who are helping rescue cats from trees.
